The enterprise began in 2000, focusing on the artisanal production of jams, chutneys, and fruit juices, initially on a small scale. The farm started by cultivating blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries, later expanding to include rhubarb and various types of berry bushes. A dedicated plot of blueberry plants was established in 2009, and visitors are welcome to self-pick blueberries from this area.

The self-picking garden, established in 2024, invites visitors to harvest seasonal flowers to compose their own unique bouquets. During the summer months, guests can self-pick Dahlias, Zinnias, Cosmeas, and Sunflowers, among other varieties. Special rules apply to picking, and tools like scissors and water buckets are provided. Flowers are priced per stem, with sunflowers costing a different rate.
