Hof Zjevernie is a flower farm and pick-your-own garden located on a former 1922 farmstead in Oostburg, Netherlands. The farm grows a wide variety of field flowers on fertile clay soil without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, following a natural seasonal rhythm. In addition to the pick-your-own flower fields, the farm features a tea garden with a terrace, a nursery selling plants and flower bulbs, and a farm stall offering fruit, vegetables, (goose) eggs, juices, and jams—grown as naturally as possible. The farm is a member of SlowflowersBelgium.
The pick-your-own garden reopens for the season on March 20, 2026. Available produce for self-picking includes a wide range of cut flowers. In spring (April), visitors can pick tulips, specialty narcissi, anemones, and various biennials. During the summer and autumn, the fields feature flowers such as cosmos, zinnia, dahlia, sunflower, marigold, mallow, and coreopsis, among many others. There is also a pick-your-own option for grasses, included free with purchases over €5. A snowdrop garden is available for viewing and purchase of bulbs in the late winter. Fruit and other produce are available seasonally from the farm stall.
The farm is open Wednesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 18:00, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 14:00 to 17:00. It is closed on Monday and Tuesday. The business is operational year-round, but the pick-your-own garden is open for picking roughly from late March through October. Several special events are scheduled for 2026, including the Velt Ecogarden Days on June 6–7, Dahlia Days on August 29–30, and Empty-Pick Days on October 31–November 1. Entrance to the garden is free; visitors pay per stem picked, with prices ranging from €0.30 to €1.00 per stem. Cashless mobile payments are accepted, and delivery service is available.
