Boerderij Landzicht is a certified 100% organic farm located in the Hoeksche Waard region. The farm offers a seasonal vegetable subscription service, with weekly packages available for 1, 2, or 4 persons, as well as a combination package that includes fruit. The content of the packages changes weekly and follows the seasons. An overview of the produce you can expect includes:
- Spring: Asparagus, curly endive, carrots, zucchini, rhubarb, garden cress.
- Summer: Celery, fennel, bell peppers, sweet potatoes, cucumber, mixed lettuce.
- Autumn: Pumpkin, pointed cabbage, eggplant, pak choi, oak leaf lettuce, bean sprouts.
- Winter: Leek, Brussels sprouts, chestnut mushrooms, red cabbage, onions, winter purslane.
In addition to the vegetable subscription, the farm has a “Bloemenpluktuin” (flower picking garden) where visitors can pick their own bouquets of pesticide-free annual flowers. The planning for the 2026 season includes sowing in February and March, planting dahlias in May, with the peak blooming period expected in July and August. Visitors can pick a bouquet for €10,00 for a hand bouquet or €15,00 for a larger field bouquet.
The farm is located at Broekseweg 2A in Strijen. It is open for vegetable subscription pick-ups on Thursdays from 12:00 to 21:30 at the farm itself. The flower garden opening hours are dependent on growth and are announced via their newsletter and social media. The farm features a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking.
