De Scholte is a family-run farm and business in Geesteren, Gelderland, combining a flower farm, a care farm, and arable farming. The property features extensive gardens, a self-pick flower garden, a drying room, and a historic farmhouse used for courses and as a farm shop. A rest point with picnic tables and a toilet is also available for visitors.

The self-pick garden is open for visitors to create their own bouquets. A wide variety of flowers can be picked, including perennials such as Achillea, Echinacea, peonies, and delphiniums, and annuals such as chrysanthemums, dahlias, gladioli, sunflowers, zinnias, and asters. Various types of grasses and pumpkins are also available. The picking season runs from early spring, starting with tulips, through to late autumn, ending with dahlias and chrysanthemums. The garden contains over 50 species of perennials and about 40 species of annuals, which are sown in stages from the end of April through the beginning of June.

The farm is open on Monday through Saturday from 9:00 to 16:30. The farm shop is open during these hours and products are also available from a roadside stall during the season. The care farm, which offers daytime activities for people with disabilities and seniors, is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 16:00.
