De Scholte is a family-run farm and business in Geesteren, Gelderland, combining a flower farm, a care farm, and arable farming. The property features extensive gardens, a self-pick flower garden, a drying room, and a historic farmhouse used for courses and as a farm shop. The self-pick garden is open for visitors to create their own bouquets. The garden contains over 50 species of perennials and about 40 species of annuals, which are sown in stages from the end of April through the beginning of June.
The farm is open on Monday through Saturday from 9:00 to 16:30. The farm shop is open during these hours and products are also available from a roadside stall during the season. The care farm, which offers daytime activities for people with disabilities and seniors, is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 16:00.
