Landgoedwinkel Reef operates as a working pig and arable farm in Twekkelo, near Hengelo, managed by Martijn and Ilse Reef, who are the 11th generation of farmers on the property. The farm specializes in producing high-quality, antibiotic-free pork, which is available for order once a month in convenient packages, with options for additional loose meat. Orders are picked up chilled and vacuum-packed on pre-arranged dates.
While the farm previously featured a self-picking flower garden and offered Christmas trees for sale, both of these activities have permanently ceased. Consequently, there is currently no produce available for self-picking at the farm.
The site also functions as a self-service ‘Rustpunt’ (Rest Stop), providing visitors with coffee, tea, soft drinks, ice cream, and snacks.
