Pauline’s Pluktuin in De Krim is a pick-your-own flower farm where visitors cut their own blooms directly from the field. The farm grows around 30 varieties of dahlias, 45 types of annual flowers and fillers, and a selection of perennials. The season typically runs from early July until mid-October, depending on the weather and the first frost.

You pick the flowers yourself, using scissors and a bucket provided by the farm. Stems are priced at €0.60 each, with no minimum or maximum on the size of your bouquet. For a fixed price of €7, you can pick a hand-sized bunch during the last week of the season. Payment is by cash or QR code. The farm also sells gift vouchers for 25 stems (€15) and season passes for three or five visits (€40 or €65), valid for one year.

Opening hours vary weekly and are announced on the farm’s website. The last confirmed opening in 2026 was on Saturday 24 October, from 10.00 to 13.00. The farm is located on the edge of De Krim, with parking available on-site. Children are welcome to pick under supervision.

The farm operates on a community-supported agriculture (CSA) model, where members buy a share of the harvest for a full season rather than paying per kilo. Shares are available for the growing season, typically from mid-June to the end of November, with occasional winter vegetables. Instead of a traditional pick-your-own system, members receive weekly emails listing what is ready to harvest and how much they can take. You visit the farm to gather your produce yourself, with the option to send someone else if you cannot come. The farm is open for picking on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, though exact hours are not fixed—visitors are encouraged to come when it suits them once familiar with the process.

De Bessentuin in Brucht is a pick-your-own berry farm specialising in blueberries, which can be picked from early July until September. The farm grows six varieties, each ripening at different times, so blueberries are available throughout the summer. Other soft fruit includes red, white and blackcurrants, raspberries, blackberries and gooseberries, with the season running from late June to the end of August. In 2026, blackcurrants were ready in mid-June, followed by red and white currants, which lasted about six weeks.

Pluktuin de Melkweg in Bergentheim is a pick-your-own flower garden where visitors can cut their own bouquets from around 40 varieties of flowers and grasses. The selection includes dahlias, zinnias, sunflowers, cornflowers, cosmos, lathyrus, amaranthus, and ornamental grasses, with availability depending on the season and weather. The garden is open from spring until the end of the growing season in autumn. The farm operates on a self-service basis. Visitors take a pair of scissors from the garden shed, cut the stems to the desired length, and remove excess foliage at the arranging table. Payment is made by scanning a QR code for a Tikkie or in cash. A large bouquet costs €12.50, and a small one €7.50. Gift vouchers for a large bouquet are also available.
