Pluktuin Hemmen

Pluktuin Hemmen

Pluktuin Hemmen is a flower picking garden in Hemmen, in the Betuwe. It grows more than 35 varieties of flowers for picking, all suitable for a vase. Visitors get scissors and a picking basket or bucket, and the price of a bouquet depends on its size. The flowers are grown without chemical pesticides or artificial fertiliser. Since April 2026 the garden has held a Skal organic certificate. Part of the crop is dried and sold in winter as loose stems, bouquets or wreaths. The wreaths are made on willow or dogwood bases.

In 2026 the garden is open on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons from 13:30 to 16:30. It is open during the picking season; in September there were still flowers to pick, and the garden was also open on 9 October. Ready-made bouquets are sold during opening hours, and on Fridays bouquets are brought to Jumbo Zetten. Bouquets can be ordered for delivery in Hemmen and Zetten for €4.50. The garden also offers gift vouchers, weekly bouquet subscriptions, group visits, birthday arrangements and funeral bouquets. Workshops include a picking bouquet workshop during the season and a dried-flower wreath workshop afterwards. The picking bouquet workshop costs €29.50; the dried-flower wreath workshop costs €39.50.

The garden is at Veldstraat, 6671 MD Hemmen, opposite the Kasteeltuin. Parking is available opposite the garden, including wheelchair-accessible parking.
