Welcome to TUIN, a pick-your-own flower garden and pause place located in Lunteren. Established in the spring of 2022, this space was created from a meadow to offer a peaceful retreat where visitors can relax among the flowers, enjoy a coffee break, or celebrate a special occasion. The garden is run with a philosophy of “live and let live,” using unsprayed, mostly organic plants and seeds that grow with the seasons without the use of heated greenhouses. TUIN is a woman-led business with on-site, free parking, and is wheelchair accessible, including the entrance and parking area.

Visitors can wander through the garden to select their favorite flowers and create a personalized bouquet. The flowers are planted in a mixed layout, making the picking experience feel like a treasure hunt. The season for picking runs from approximately mid-April through October, with efforts made to ensure blooms are available throughout this entire period, though the exact timing depends on the weather. In addition to self-picking flowers, guests can visit a historic, self-service bakehouse on the property, where coffee, tea, soft drinks, and small treats are available. The garden also offers the option to host children’s birthday parties or visit with a group of friends, and a sheltered terrace is available for groups by reservation.
