Customers can purchase a harvest subscription allowing them to pick their own produce whenever they like.

Subscribers can harvest for 30 weeks, typically between May 1st and December 1st, picking what they need. The available harvest varies based on weather, animal activity, soil condition, and the farmers themselves. After December 1st, any remaining crops can be harvested for free.

Seasonal produce includes:

  • Early season: spinach, radishes, rhubarb, kohlrabi, turnip greens, and mint.
  • Later spring: various types of beans like peas and broad beans.
  • High season: a wide variety of produce.
  • Autumn: pumpkins, kale, collard greens, sprouts, leeks, and Jerusalem artichokes.
  • Continuously: various types of lettuce, beets, carrots, and herbs like sage, thyme, and rosemary.

Harvesting is possible seven days a week, from sunrise to sunset.
